Design, survey work on South Stream almost complete

Russian and European engineers are close to accomplishing the design and survey work on the South Stream project for a Russian gas pipeline to Southeastern Europe under the Black Sea. The Serbian Energy Minister Petar Skundric told this to a Belgrade newspaper in an interview on Sunday.
