CSTO urges nuclear disarmament

The post-Soviet Collective Security Treaty Organization has called on all nuclear powers to join Russian and American efforts towards nuclear disarmament In a statement after an informal Moscow summit Saturday, it also praises the new Russian-American Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty signed in Prague on April 8 th as the groundwork of a new global security architecture.
