CSTO agrees Kyrgyzstan response updated

ANNOUNCER: Over 120 people are dead and at least 15 hundred injured after four days of clashes in southern Kyrgyzstan between members of the country’s ethnic Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbek communities. Houses have been torched, and shops and bazaars, ransacked and looted. Some 80 thousand ethnic Uzbeks have crossed into neighbouring Uzbekistan.
