The Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin believes the emergence of leading economies including Russia from the latest recession does not yet mean that the global economic crisis is over. Speaking at St Petersburg University Saturday, he cited uneasy credit worldwide and a market demand backed by little other than public subsidies.
