CIS leaders address world public on 65th V-Day

The leaders of the CIS countries have addressed the nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the world public with a message in the run-up to the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s press service has circulated the text of the message.
