Law-enforcement agencies of the North Caucasus need help to cope with the great number of insurgents, said the head of the Investigative Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office Alexa nder Bastrykin. He told journalists that 150 Russian investigators are currently working at the site of the Stavropol blast. Bastrykin said it was an dreadful crime aimed against civilians.
