Can oil spill in Russias Arctic?

The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico may become the largest ecological disaster in the U.S. history. The damage caused by it is now estimated at billions of dollars. A state of emergency has been declared in the coastal areas which the spill has already reached. Meanwhile, oil continues to spill from the well.
