The British Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg says his party cannot enter a coalition with the Conservatives unless they accept the need for drastic reforms in economic regulation, taxation, education and the electoral system. He told his party faithful on Saturday that his horse-trading with David Cameron may take several more days.
