All avalanche areas in Russia to get modern equipment-minister

All potential avalanche areas in Russia will be equipped with modern facilities to cause avalanches deliberately within a year, the countrys Emergency Situations Minister, Sergei Shoigu, said Tuesday. He said tests have already been carried out in Sochi.
