A Russian domestic airliner with 136 passengers on board made an emergency landing Friday in the Volga River city of Ulyanovsk, the RIA-Novosti news agency reported.
The Airbus A320 flown by the Avianova airline had just taken off for the Black Sea resort city of Sochi when its wing flaps failed, an aviation spokesman said, adding that no one was injured in the incident.
Sochi will host the Winter Olympics in 2014.
