1.3% Rise in Birthrate

In the first four months of 2010 the birthrate in the Russian Federation increased by 1.3% and the death rate dropped by 2.4%. Thisb was retorted by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as he addressed a meeting taking up the subject of allowed health and welfare expenditures which will be covered by the 2011-2013 Federal Budget.
