Iran's chief negotiator, Saeed Jalili, and the head of the international delegation, Catherine Ashton, arrived Monday for talks on Tehran's controversial nuclear programme, an AFP photographer witnessed.
The talks in the western Swiss city of Geneva between the Iranians and Ashton, the EU’s top diplomat, who represents Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States, mark the end of a 14-month break due to Tehran’s rejection of a proposal to exchange nuclear fuel for enrichment.
