Top club FC Thun’s players face sex charges
Fourteen people including six current players with the top Swiss football club FC Thun faced charges of having sex with a minor, police said Tuesday.
Three former players and five people close to the football club or the 15-year-old victim, were also accused of sex crimes.
If found guilty they could face several years in prison.
It was a week ago that police arrested 20 suspects from the first team and under 21s. Four people were later released without charge.
The victim, now aged 16, was a fan of the club.
