ST GALLEN – The Swiss town of Rorschach on Lake Constance is hosting a sand sculpture festival from 9 to 16 August.
This is the 10th anniversary of the event’s founding and to mark the occasion 10 artists’ groups will spend the week creating sculptures with spades, trowels and brushes.
At the festival’s conclusion on 16 August, a jury will award a prize to the most creative sculpture. The figures will remain on display until 15 September.
