Swiss GDP down by 0.1%

GenevaLunch.com BERN, SWITZERLAND – Swiss GDP slipped by 0.1 percent in the second quarter of 2012, compared to the previous quarter. Industrial and services output fell slightly, but household and public sector spending boosted growth to offset the downturn somewhat. GDP was 0.5 percent higher than in the second quarter of 2011.
