Head of British Air Force dies during triathlon

The second in command of the RAF, Britain’s air force, died Wednesday during a triathlon at the Brize Norton, Oxon air base. Christopher Moran, 54, had completed 400 metres swimming and 24 km cycling plus 5km running when he collapsed, apparently from heart failure, reports the Telegraph. Moran was responsible for overseeing all air operations.
