Commercial property market lags recovery, says survey

A report published by surveying firm Cushman Wakefield says commercial property is still a tenants market in Switzerland. Despite the economic recovery renters, not landlords, are still calling the shots as firms seek consolidation strategies rather than office expansion. Looking ahead, Swiss-based real estate owners are likely to do better in Geneva than in Zurich, according to the reports author.
