Former US President BillClinton has suggested that the ballots in November’s disputed election in Haiti be recounted under international supervision in order to break the deadlocked political process. The call came during meetings on international reconstruction efforts for Haiti with Haitian Premier Jean-Max Bellerive in neighbouring Dominican Republic 14 December.
