Hiring confidence continues to strengthen throughout Germany as more employers indicate they will add to their workforce in the next three months. According to the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey for the third quarter of 2011, the seasonally adjusted Net Employment Outlook is at +12%, matching the strongest forecast since Germany joined the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey in 2003.
Employers in Berlin are by far the most optimistic about the third quarter.
