HAARLEM - The Rabobank is this year's favourite employer for the highly qualified. Philips, who came first last year, now ranks second. With Shell, ING and Unilever these companies form the top five most popular employers, according to a survey conducted by the weekly magazine Intermediar.
Despite the tight labour market highly-trained employees stay in their jobs, the magazine concludes. Only 16 percent of this group are actively seeking another job. Last year that was 18 percent and in 2005 22 percent.
Generally speaking, highly-trained employees are very satisfied with their employers.
