"I condemn with the utmost firmness the double suicide attack perpetrated today in Baghdad," said Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner in a statement. "In this dramatic ordeal, France assures the people and the government of Iraq of its full solidarity."
Twin suicide vehicle bombs blamed on Al-Qaeda shattered the justice ministry and a provincial office in Baghdad on Sunday, killing at least 99 people and wounding more than 700 others.
