In the Dutch Premier League, PSV won its away match against De Graafschap 3-1.
Tim Matavz swiftly put the Eindhoven team 1-0 up. But a blunder by PSV keeper Andreas Isaksson gave away an equaliser. Isaksson dived in front of a shot by Soufian El Hassnaoui only to let the ball roll over him into the net. It was Georginio Wijnaldum who scored twice to save the day for PSV.
PSV’s win narrows Premier League frontrunner AZ’s lead to just three points. The Alkmaar club is due to play on Sunday.
