AMSTERDAM – A 4-year-old boy from Leiden drowned on Sunday, police have reported.
The child was reported missing from about noon on Sunday. The police launched a large search action including helicopters in efforts to find the child.
The boy's body was found in a canal at about 7 pm last night.
