And the lucky station is.....Haarlem! The library was especially developed for commuters who visit the station regularly.

Train passengers can access the library at the station on working days between 7.00 and 9.00 and 16.00-19.00 to loan books and magazines. They can also find cultural information on the city of Haarlem, make use of the internet and read newspapers and magazines.

The station librarary is the joint project of ProBiblio and the Public Library of Haarlem. More than 7000 people have visited the library since its' 'soft' opening in August.

In the future, more railway stations are expected to adopt the concept of a station library.
