Thousands of people in the Netherlands believe in an impending apocalypse in 2012 and are buying survival rations and boats.

THE NETHERLANDS - Some people believe that a major worldwide catastrophe will destroy civilisation in 2012. This weekend’s de Volkskrant wrote about the thousands of people in the Netherlands who believe in an impending apocalypse in 2012. The number of believers is many times larger in the United States and Poland.
Many are buying survival rations and even boats - which will come in handy during flooding - or are preparing bunkers in foreign countries.
De Volkskrant writes that while those who believe in the coming disaster have different theories as to what will happen, most are based on the Mayan calendar, which ends in 2012.
De Volkskrant interviews Petra Faile, who along with her husband has bought a life raft and other survival equipment.
When her husband comes home from his construction job and starts complaining again about the Poles she answers: ‘Don’t let it bother you. In another four years it will all be over.’
‘You know’, Petra says, ‘maybe it’s really not that bad that the Netherlands will be destroyed. I don’t like it here anymore. Take immigration, for example. They keep letting people in. And then we have to build more houses, which makes the Netherlands even heavier. The country will sink even lower, which will make the flooding worse.’”

I thought the world was ending in 2000? Isn't that why we stocked up then? Do i have to stock up again??? And poor Petra - her world is already getting destroyed if she feels the way she does. Life is meant to change not stay the same.

To understand Free Will the Spirits or God has created the planet Earth as a laboratory for this experiment. Man was chosen to be custodian of the planet Earth. Opportunity was given to all humans to learn about good or evil to express themselves as they wished. December 21 2012 this day was chosen to close the book of this experiment. Man with his activity on the planet Earth has showed he leads himself into self-destruction.
Following year 2013 will to gather 5 billion peacemakers, the souls is essence of human’s being these will be taken into the new Earth onto Parallel Universe for the second experiment. Life on the Earth will continue as is but without essence of human’s being or the soul will be removed. They will do horrible things to each other and never feel guilty or remorse for what they are doing.
On new Earth inhabitants will learn how to use the telepathy and telekinesis powers this-- knowledge is essential. These dormant gifts man already have but they just need to be awakened. Every individual has to learn how to receive and send own thought telepathically. You have to learn how to use telekinetic ability have to use your own mind to move objects without hands. Many will ask how to maintain their own physical body on new Earth and how man will meet his daily needs. It is simple-- as each individual will be able to create anything he wishes. If you encounter difficulty help will be available to everyone, but we remind you--no one will provide for you if you cannot provide for yourself.

I read the article in 'de volkskrant'. She makes another amazing statement in there:
When an acquaintance of hers was diagnosed with terminal cancer, she actually though he was lucky, as he didn't have to face 2012.
She doesn't mean to be crual with this statement and has the decency not to tell the guy, but the fact that she thinks like this...

as God syas, the world is going to an end one day and there is no doubt about it. but the God is the only one who knows the date for that event. otherwise the life has no mining for us. Acording to Quran this world is going to an end one day. but nobody knows when this happens.
Quran talked about the last day in 1400 years ago in detail.Quran never specify a date for that day, but there are some signs before that event.

For any creation there is a destruction.Nothing is permanent.But we do not know what will happen and when it will happen.
Out of four yugas, this is the last - Kali Yuga -There will be huge deluge and the earth portion will be covered by ocean.
