welcome to the immigrant problem that started in the usa, multiculturism or middle class, business led, slave trade, does not work, so they constantly ignore it until it becomes so bad, people stick to their own cultures, and then use racism as a reason for not mixing, even wanting to take over,,,,,
Tony I disagree with you and find it a shame you and many others like you do not get it. The fact that you think racism and separatism in netherlands is a figment of some people's mind is unbelievable! These youths are born in netherlands but they experience separatism, racism all their lives with no promise of any hope for any good future however hard they work because they look different. They even in some places in this country attend different 'black' schools where you are already treated differently by society. I cannot emphasize enough that this is a problem that can only be solved by the government taking fair share of blame too and doing something about it. Not only the moroccan community. How does the moroccan community doing something about it change the feeling of aliniation and discrimination among such communitiies. by the way most likely these feelings are shared by the adults also and the children see how their parents are treated differently in the job markets etc. ignoring this problem, blaming moroccans and their culture, wishing the problem away is self distructive and will only let the problem grow.
