For the fourth time in five years, Rock Werchter has been voted the Favourite Festival in the world during the ILMC Arthur Awards ceremony in London.
The other nominees in the running for the Favourite Festival award were Glastonbury (UK), Roskilde Festival (Denmark), and Isle of Wight Festival (UK).
Werchter has good reputation world-wide. The Flemish festival is renowned for its outstanding organisation and impressive line-up.
More than 1500 professionals from the live music industry gather in London every year for the International Live Music Conference. It is one of the most important gatherings of concert promoters, agents, managers, festival organisers and production people from more than forty countries.
Over 3500 professionals from all over the world cast their votes for the Arthur Awards. Rock Werchter was voted Favourite Festival for the fourth time in five years.
