A pavilion of beer crates is being built in the Heizel area of Brussels, near the Atomium.

A pavilion of beer crates is being built in the Heizel area of Brussels, near the Atomium. Belgian beer brewery Jupiler is sponsoring this unusual construction and event. The beer crate pavilion, showing the historic film 'Expo 58', can be visited from 17 April.

The beer crate pavilion, the "Pavilion of provisional Happiness", is part of the 50 year anniversary celebrations of Expo 58, also known as the Brussels World's Fair.

The Brussels World's Fair was the first major World's Fair after World War II.

The Expo 58 site is best known for the Belgian contribution - the Atomium. The Atomium is a giant model of an iron crystal cell. Each sphere represents an atom.

The Atomium is still one of the best known landmarks in Brussels.

The beer crate pavilion will be 40 metres long, 8 meters high and 12 metres wide. 17 April it opens, exactly 50 years after the opening of Expo 58 in Brussels.

The unusual pavilion can be visited from 17 April.

This a "discrease" to the Atomium! How is it possible to conceive such a yellow disaster! Jupiler must have paid a lot of money to the town in order to be authorized to create such an ugly concept!
it's a shame
