I think it says a lot about the sort of person King Albert is that he wants nothing to do with the daughter he had with his lover. It wasn't Delphine's fault that he had an affair with another woman. I think the most sacred responsibility for parents is to be there for their children, and to offer them love, instruction, values and a familial history. Shame on Albert !!! Shame

Shame on the King and the Baroness - not because they had the affair but because they do not have the backbone to recognize their daughter. I assume not much has changed amongst European Nobility.
