Constantia Lazy River is our home and Frogg’s Leap is a studio attached on the property. Constantia is an up market area which is about 13 km out of Cape Town downtown. Very peaceful with a big garden. Close to both the Atlantic and Indian Ocean, Muizenberg 10 min in one direction and Hout Bay 10 min in another. Constantia has some of the oldest wine farms in the province and is green a lovely with many mountain, horse and bike trails. Wine tasting is a must. Fine and casual restaurants are plentiful, hospital 1 min , gym 1 min , Constantia Village shopping Mall 1 min , 10 min to UCT, 10 min to Kirstenbocsh Botanical Gardens. Claremont nightclubs 10 min. The studio has its own entrance for someone that wants more privacy and flexible to come and go as you like , it is open plan with full self catering facilities , King size bed, dinning table , lounge area all in one, private outside area with barbecue, use of main garden with pool and play area for kids, parking inside. I am home all day, so available to any questions or a chat or a walk with the Smart Tarts on a Wednesday morning . There are other guests on the property coming and going which is good for security.I have three daughters, only one lives at home, 3 dogs and a cat live in the main house. and garden. We are quite a laid back family that love the outdoors, walking our dogs, going to the beach, barbecue at home etc. We only speak English. We love to welcome guests from all over the world and had many guests staying for short and longer stays.
