Cape Town has come out tops on TripAdvisor's Traveller's Choice 2011 Destinations Awards, after the travel and tourism website's users chose the Mother City as the world's best tourism destination, ahead of other notable cities, including Barcelona, London, New York, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Rome and Sydney.
