SA’s Roelen Strauss crowned Miss World

An estimated one billion viewers watched as Miss South Africa – 22-year-old Roelen
Strauss – was crowned Miss World 2014 at the pageant’s final in
London on Sunday. She is the first South Africa to win the title since Anneline Kriel’s
reign in 1974.
