Tyre Technician • Type of Contract: Permanent • Full time 37.5 hours per week • Location: Cwmbran, Blackwood, Merthyr Job Purpose We are looking for a Tyre Technician reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor to fulfil our PSV Contract. This is a regional role and will cover our depots in Cwmbran, Blackwood, Merthyr. Therefore it is a requirement that you are based around this area and be able to drive to drive to these locations. You will be given a company van as part of this role. You will be responsible for regularly inspecting our customer fleets with a view to identifying, prioritising and then actioning required work in a timely manner. We are looking for someone that is able to maintain a high quality of work and wants to add value to our company. Normal working hours for this role are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday. Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills • Punctual and reliable • Ability to use initiative and priorities your daily workload. • Good communication skills • The ability to timescales and to targets • Able to use a computer with confidence ( i.e send emails, complete forms) • A full UK driving license • Previous experience of working are a Tyre Technician would be a great advantage. However, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important to us.
