Pay: Salary Range £44,863 – £55,589 Start Date: August 2021 Required August 2020 Skills for Life Trust Salary Range £44,863 – £55,589 Permanent, full time post The Skills for Life Trust, currently comprises two secondary academies and three primary academies: Greenacre Academy, Walderslade Girls’ School, Warren Wood Primary Academy, Hilltop Primary Academy and Chantry Community Academy. The Facilities Manager will lead the estates strategy managing all aspects of the academies facilities including maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. They will oversee refurbishments and building projects including the bidding and procurement process, and will act as the Trust representative with professional advisers and contractors. They will also be expected to provide support and advice to the CEO, Trust Board and to attend and report at meetings of the Facilities Committee.
