I am actively looking to engage candidates for an exciting opportunity as a Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire! Candidates will be experienced in either transport or fleet services. Client Details My client is one of the fastest growing companies on the FTSE-250 at present. Due to rapid growth through organic expansion they are looking to building on their current fleet & transport functions. The business is based in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire and have a fleet of around 325 vehicles (a mixture of HGV, LGV, vans and pool cars). This fleet has recently increased by a further 70 over the last few months. Description The successful Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator will report daily into the Transport & Fleet Manager for Logistics. They will be responsible for maintaining the transport fleet data and ensuring updated systems & records. You will also cover the following areas from the Mansfield, Nottinghamshire base: • Responsibility for MOT's, TACHO, RFL, Accounts, Fuel Cards and Driver information within a company wide fleet management systems. • All toll and driver exchange payments across the network • Ordering and monitoring of all PPE for employees. • On-boarding of new starter information and daily checks within the fleet management software. This includes issuing warnings and reminders to current transport staff. Profile As a Transport & Fleet Co-ordinator you will be required to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and knowledge of fleet processes. You will also have the following qualifications and requirements: • 2+ years' experience in either a transport, logistics or fleet based role. • Strong attention to detail across various Microsoft based applications. • A competent background of Microsoft excel would be desirable. • Commutable to the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire • Experience working within operational transport & logistics would be advantageous.
