Are you a training manager looking for your next role?

Would you like to join a global organisation and work in a tight knit team to deliver training globally?

You will have extensive training experience as well as experience of managing a team of trainers.

The team caters for training to be delivered in 6 different languages so if you are bilingual or have exposure to non English training material this would be beneficial.

You will become an expert on the bespoke internal training platform. You will coordinate and manage training materials, work closely with the team to create new training material (this could be documents or videos etc).

You will also be responsible for testing new processes and new material.

Naturally you will have strong communication skills and will be responsible for releasing comms globally to both internal and external users.

You will work in a hybrid fashion with 2 days per week onsite in Irvine.

Salary wise = £50k – £55k + benefits
