Training and Development Administrator

We are currently working with a top UK visitor attraction based in Central London, who are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Administrator on a temporary contract until December 2021. Our client is proud to have a collection of work among the largest and most comprehensive in existence. The role is currently remote working for the foreseeable future. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. Duties will include (but not limited to): • Respond to and process development requests and queries ensuring delegates receive timely correspondence • Administer and support the delivery of a range of development initiatives from structured training programmes and eLearning • Ensure training and development programmes are sufficiently resourced • Liaise with and respond to the needs of internal and external trainers and providers • Provide data to managers relating to mandatory course attendance and appraisal submissions, in order to ensure training targets are achieved • Administer the training budget (processing purchase orders and invoices) • Advise on course take-up and pro-actively seeking ways to promote events In this varied and very busy role, you will be the first point of contact for the Training and Development function, providing administrative support and preparing communications connected with training and development solutions; as well as supporting the delivery of a range of key development programmes. Experience required (desirable): • Experience of working with HR databases • Experience of working with eLearning LMS Skills, knowledge and expertise required: • Excellent planning and organisational skills • The ability to work to deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Good resource management skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build good working relationships • Ability to demonstrate effective assertiveness and influencing skills • Ability to demonstrate good team working Working hours: • 36 hours per week • Monday – Friday 9am-5:15pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
