In this role you will be responsible for working with the Traineeship team to meet performance and financial KPI’s.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, employers and referral agencies, to support the growth of the Traineeship contract and Head start footprint within the Traineeship area.

You will grow the business across all funding streams and to develop synergy across commercial offer appropriate to the need of the employer and learners.

You will have experience of selling a service and have knowledge of the Employability and Skill Market training.

The successful candidate will be level 3 qualified and will preferably hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be working towards obtaining this.

You will be an enthusiastic individual who displays a high level of personal drive and energy.

You will be self-motivated, exceptionally well-organised and a good team player.

Your communication skills will also be excellent and you will have a passion for delivering a high-standard of teaching to our students.
