The role: Trainee Business Development Managers with develop new business and manage accounts in a B2B capacity. The role involves the autonomy to manage the entire, 360 sales process as well as managing your own accounts and being in control of your earnings. You'll understand client needs and sell appropriately to ensure a great value for money and service are delivered. You'll build trust and relationships to convert deals and you'll retain business on an ongoing basis.
