The role will involve providing practical IP advice to a broad portfolio of clients. The role is likely to include work on the full spectrum of intellectual property rights in the first instance and becoming increasingly technically specialised as the department grows.You will be involved in both domestic and international filings as well as the prosecuting and monitoring of trade marks, along with opposition and cancellation work. You will ideally have some experience of drafting license agreements.The firm can provide you with a varied and nourishing diet of contentious and non-contentious work, with some unusually high-profile clients. The mixture of corporate and private client work will serve to harness and develop your written and oral communication skills.This role may suit a newly-qualified Trade Mark Attorney, or more experienced professionals.
