Fixed term to 31st October 2022 with a possible extension to 31st December 2022 Welsh Language Skills: Desirable Manager details for informal discussion regarding the post: Debbie Vaughan / TRAC Project Co-ordinator / 01492 574297 / [email protected] This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the administrative support to a large team of Support Workers and Education Welfare Officers delivering the school-based aspect of the 11-24 ESF TRAC Strategic Objective 2 Project for Conwy County Borough Council. This is part of a North Wales Regional ESF Project led by Denbighshire County Council and will focus on young people most at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Training or Employment). We are seeking to appoint an experienced, competent and enthusiastic administration team leader who is familiar with the monitoring and compliance requirements of an ESF funded project. You will be expected to manage and improve existing systems and processes to monitor the quality and compliance of TRAC provision and provide robust management reports and feedback on project performance against the CCBC TRAC Business plan. You will also be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills, liaising with staff in the team, the authority and other local authorities and agencies across North Wales. It is essential that you have some line management experience and are used to working in a busy administrative environment. As Conwy has large rural areas, the ability to travel is essential.
