We have a temporary requirement for an Administrator to join our small but growing team in Bury St. Edmunds The successful candidate will be joining a busy team who provide land agency services to several major National client in the Infrastructure Consultancy department.
We see that this individual may be required for a couple of months however there may be scope for the opportunity to turn into permanent employment. The role will be based in our Bury St. Edmunds office and will be full time 9am – 5.30pm.
Duties will include:
You will be required to undertake the following duties:
Working in your immediate team:
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with enquiries
* Drafting standard documents
* Meetings/ booking/ agendas and minutes
* Landowner records and updates
* Administration of landowner records
* Mailmerges for client letters
* Generally supporting colleagues with their daily requirements
Additional ‘core’ duties for the wider team / business.
* Taking minutes for wider team meetings
* Some administration and answering the phone for other colleagues in the office
