Location: Remote (within 100 miles from Derby, UK)
We are currently working with a leading Supply Chain/Logistics technology vendor that delivers a range of product market-leading solutions on an global basis.
As Technical Manager for the Voice Solutions, you will be supporting UK Customers with technical support and the team with presales and implementations in the UK market.
Configure hardware and software for pre-sale and for live projects. Experience working with hand held terminals in warehouse environments a plus.
Support of sales team and our partners.
Providing technical advice and support for the sales and project management team.
Support our marketing activities and participate in industry conferences as well as in trade shows.
Help our customers throughout the project and give technical support regarding the voice solutions.
Hold a degree in information technology, logistics or in a related subject. Technical experience in a similar role would also be equivalent.
Gained relevant work experience in consulting of IT products and solutions.
Have a good understanding of the logistics industry and it supporting IT operations.
Experience using XML, SQL and understanding of basic computer application support.
Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel.
Fluent in English; knowledge in further languages (e. g. German) is a plus.
