Team Manager – Adult Social Care

This is a full time position for 37 hours per week. The Team Manager is a key post in the directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a new culture and be part of a new team transforming frontline services in Pembrokeshire. You will need to work very closely with partners, internal and external, to lead and motivate your team to support and implement innovative responses to meet the challenges we face. We are looking for an experienced manager and leader who strives continually improve and is passionate about delivering quality services for adults in Pembrokeshire. We are seeing increasing numbers of older people, a rise in numbers of people with dementia, plus growing numbers of people with multiple and profound disabilities. We want to continue to work with our communities and to modernise the way we deliver social care services. We believe in people having choice and control, we are working together to build our community resilience and reducing dependency on the traditional council led services.
