As a Team Leader you will lead by example across the home, run and manage shifts and participate in the on-call rota. The homes are based in Stonehouse and provide care and support to adults with a mental health, learning disabilities and autism. In order to be successful, you will have previous experience of working within the Health & Social Care, either in a team leader capacity or as a senior ready to take the next step. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £18,500 + excellent weekend enhancements.
