FJR Human Resources are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our clients team n a permanent basis, supporting its UK business and stakeholders by providing a holistic resourcing service to all sites, covering a variety of roles and projects. As the Talent Acquisition Partner in this organisation, you will source for roles Technical Engineering, Health & Safety, Transport and Customer Service to name a few. You will also work with managers and stakeholders to increase capability on interview skills, map internal talent and build on succession plans, promote diversity and other key projects related to the role. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the below; • Previous experience within an inhouse role • The ability to source on multiple roles directly with limited use of agency support • Experience of working closely with stakeholders on key projects • Effective use of talent pools and creating talent pipelines Ideally you will have previously worked within a blue collar environment however this is not essential. Based in Crew you will join part of a team based across Europe so you will need to demonstrate that you are able to work both on your own and as part of a wider team. Currently this organisation are working remotely however, when restrictions lift the organisation will move to hybrid work model and some travel across the UK will be required from time to time.
