Due to increased Global market share, the business is seeing a high increase in recruitment numbers and as such, the Head of Talent is looking to hire additional resource to meet demands.

Whilst this is initially a 12 month contract, the business is hopeful it will be extended beyond the initial contract.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role will be accountable for partnering with the business, providing 360 recruitment on both a UK and Global scale.

The expected growth will lie predominately within Sales and Technology and you will therefore be expected to managing vacancies within these disciplines.

We are looking for proven In-House Recruiters who are able to work autonomously, managing high volumes of diverse roles.

Whilst our client is open to backgrounds, Recruiters with experience within Sales and/or Technology will be at an advantage. Experience recruiting on a global scale would also be extremely advantageous.
