Leading Scienitfic organisation is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to be responsible for effective sourcing and hiring of high calibre candidates, building talent pools and promoting the company brand. Duties • Source candidates through online channels for both temporary and permanent hires • Support recruitment activities for temporary staff bank • Draft and edit job descriptions • Draft, edit & post job adverts • Screen CV’s and applications • Interview candidates • Administer CV response • Identify and improve candidate’s experience through the recruitment process • Continually look for new ways to attract diverse pool of talent • Develop candidate pools for key vacancies • Provide advice on job descriptions, marketplace and salary benchmarking • Track and manage recruitment costs • Management Reporting Requirements • Talent acquisition or recruitment consultant experience • Previous direct hiring experience in house/agency role • Experience in providing advice and guidance on best recruitment practice • Demonstrable experience of direct recruitment using multi social channels especially LinkedIn • Experience of candidate management • Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment cycle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional influencing skills • Excellent IT skills This is a 4 month interim role with the possibiltiy of a fixed term role.
