About the role Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers in Trowbridge to support people with learning disabilities. We have services in Trowbridge, Melksham and Chippenham. From the people we support: Hi my name is “Lucy” I like to know each day that I have someone I trust coming to spend the day with me! I love to build a great working relationship with them and for them to then be able to help me with various aspects of my life. I need help budgeting and making shopping lists for my weekly shop and meal planning. I also sometimes need help and prompts on how to cook, or follow recipes. I really enjoy the company of my support workers and eye contact is very important to me. I also love day trips out with my support workers! I appreciate having someone I can rely on to help me attend my appointments with the Drs and at Hospital so I know I'm receiving the right information. If you feel you would be able to provide me with great levels of support and help me build on my social interactions with others, please apply! We have flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle offering mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, fixed days on part time and full time hours. Shifts are negotiable.
