Spanish Speaking Customer Services
Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor based with our client based in Newark! The client offers flexible working options where you can work from home on a hybrid bases or fully from the office.
This role is a permanent position with a 3-month probationary period working via Major Recruitment Ltd.
This is a busy, varied, and fast paced role. The duties of the role are as follows: –
Logging all incidents on relevant CRM and software systems
Diagnosing faults and providing over the phone solutions
Escalating technical queries
Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc
Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within required times
Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required The Hours
The office lines are open 5:00am – 10:00pm Monday – Sunday.
The working hours will be 5 out of 7 days per week (on rota), working 8.5hrs per day (42.5hrs per week)
In order to be considered for this position you will have: –
FLUENT spoken and written Spanish – ideally native.
Have an excellent telephone manner
Flexible in your approach
A background in customer services or technical support is an advantageYou will ideally be immediately available to start!
